Clarke and Spears International (CSI) has been supplying landscapers, local authorities and garden centres since 1992. A unique Anglo Dutch company we are based in Holland, Scotland and England, each centre with a different speciality.
Our Dutch unit is located at the worlds largest plant market, the Auction Flora in the Westland, Holland, where we are a registered Dutch exporter. From here we source and supply the best quality interior and exterior plants, not only from Holland but all over Europe and deliver Direct to our customers whatever their location using temperature controlled contract transport.
In England we are situated at the historic Knap Hill Nursery (see Knap Hill History for fascinating details) near Woking Surrey, on a ten acre site, where we continue a tradition of horticulture that goes back to the 1790’s.
Today as well as Rhododendron production, the site houses nearly an acre of the best quality Italian nursery stock in association with our Italian partners, Innocenti Fidelio, plus a large tropical plant cash and carry in addition to a vast selection of planters. You are welcome to bring clients to select their stock at the nursery which functions as full Cash & Carry for all our products
In Scotland we are located just outside Edinburgh, just off the bypass near to Ikea. Here we have both a sales and distribution centre for our Scottish, Irish and Northern customers as well as the design and manufacturing facility for our Tanker Irrigation system.
With bases in Holland and the UK we are superbly placed to distribute anywhere in the UK and Ireland and as all our product is supplied either direct from the growers or manufactured by ourselves you are sure of the best price and quality in the market.
All of our staff are fully trained and many are ex landscapers. We will be happy to advise on any aspect of a garden or landscape scheme and can also provide full CAD design facilities if required.
